    That would be so horrible to wear for a extended period. I’ve had to wear a home made tube like that for a evening. It was made out of a silicone tube, had heavy duty staples put into it. Sanitized and put on while I was soft. (Because I was so scared) Then tie strapped on.
    We went for dinner and Goddess teased me, and talked dirty at the restaurant. I had to order screaming hot wings, because I couldn’t let the waitress know how much pain I was in.

    If by favorite, you mean worst for me and most effective for Her....it's when my Goddess doesn't allow me to get into bed with her at night. She makes me stand naked at the side of the bed until she gives me permission to get in. She always falls asleep and leaves me standing there for quite a while. One time I stood next to the bed naked and cold, for 5 hours! Towards the end, I was trying not to fall asleep standing while standing on my feet. When She finally allowed me into bed, I was able to sleep for about an hour and a half before I had to wake up for the next day. Definitely the worst punishment I have ever received.

    We've got one of those, but with a place for a leash attachment. My wife has led me out to the hot tub by it a few times (and made me wear it in the tub). It's mostly okay wearing it, but when she pulls on it, that hurts.

    I have had the screws in halfway and a half a chubby starts to get painful. Which usually prompts a full erection and that is super painful. I Clint imagine the screws being all the way in. I imagine a leash would add to the experience.

    My Queen recently got a Red Chili Cage with 4 disciplinary spikes.
    I thought nothing of it, other than I was about to get a beautiful and comfortable piece of genital jewelry with a ruby stone in the middle.
    That was exciting.
    Previously, my Queen had kept me locked up with a Queens Keep cage by Mature Metal.
    She would sometimes put in one of the MM “punishment pins”
    A spiked one or a crosscut one.
    They hurt a little when aroused.
    Nothing crazy, but I assumed that Red Chili “disciplinary spikes” were similar.
    Ohh, how I couldn’t be more wrong.
    Instead of one, such is the case on the MM device, the RC device has 4 holes. And the “disciplinary spikes” are screws. Sharp screws.
    They go a long way in preventing pull out attempts (I don’t really do that anyway but when these things are in, I would not attempt even just to see if I could).
    They would drag across the penis and tear the skin in an instant.
    Probably similar to a KTB.
    I don’t know.
    I only have 4 on my new cage but they can be made with 10 or 11, I think.
    Thankfully, the young Mistress has only put 2 in at a time for me for a few hours.
    They make me not want to move, nevermind get aroused (which is kind of arousing).
    I have misbehaved today after a maintenance spanking just last night.
    I am concerned that She is going to use the spikes.
    I won’t mention them though, and I bet She won’t remember them.
    We’ll see. But yeah, a KTB is supposed to be brutal
