Erection pain with tether spout

    I wear a tether spout with a Peni-cap cage, works great, 100% secure but it gets a bit painful when erect. Pain is coming from the tether when erect, flaccid is no problem. I'm wondering what others have experienced? I did have to sand down the tether to be able to fit it in, I think because of my anatomy, I seem to be very small on the inside. If I can eliminate this pain it will allow 24/7 wear, but currently I need to take it off each night or the pain will wake me, and it is sooo hard to keep my hands off.

    In my case it was the shape of the disc. My profile shows custom titanium discs. I wear right now Steelheart & Locker 2 with a 30 mm long Spout.
    No problems at all.
    With original gear I could not wear the Steelheart over night.

    I got it from tether products.com

    I started using a larger cage and that seems to help a lot, not trying to brag just stating some facts :)
