I’m at the point where I wear my My-Steel ergo slim full time except for work. I’m now able to sleep in it comfortably, and during the day I barely even notice it. However when I wake up in the morning I almost always have a bit of an edema right behind the head of my penis on the bottom side. Any advice for this? Its caused just from night time horniness/ erections in my sleep which last quite a while. I just want to wear this belt non stop but this is all that is stopping me

You have to adjust the foreskin different. If that's not possible in the long run you need a new device (either different bars/cap or longer/wider cage).

I agree, it may be that you need a slightly larger device to stop this.

When I first got my Carrara it was sized for my penis, and I had problems with edema. It was suggested that a larger tube would solve the problem, but it didn't.
I'm going to try it with an external catheter, to let that exert a gentle squeeze and hopefully prevent fluid build-up. That will require replacing it at regular intervals, but okay.

Baby powder works for me, but if I do get a spot a dab of lanolin on a cotton swab clears things up in a few days.

    Good luck
