Well, I decided I’m gonna allow myself release upon hitting the 2 month mark, but then I’ll be back in the cage very soon after, if not right away. I think 3 months is out of my ability for now, so we’ll see how it goes on the next run.

I got 3 ruins in the 2-month lockup I'm currently on and I think that's what breaking me. I never got the plateau because I never went more than 2 or 3 weeks without getting an accidental ruin so things are just getting more and more intense by the week and not leveling out.

 

Don't give yourself too hard a time. It sounds like you've made progress in a positive direction. Keep at it, the less porn you consume the more your brain will stop flashing back, making it more difficult. Have you come across Mistress Alisa and her podcast, now only available on Spotify, "Kink Friendly". There are 100s of hours of really good advice.

 

I'm gonna start another session after I hit the 2 month mark and go from there... My little "experiment" is to find my sweet spot between releases, not to attempt to break any records. So, if I can do couple more 2-month sessions with less trouble, then I'll try to increase my lockup time further... If not, then I know 2 months is a hard limit for me.

I think the ruined orgasms along the way are playing a HUGE factor in this and if they stop, then perhaps I can finally get the plateau and this would be alot easier. I need to practice my weekly cleaning in a way that's not gonna risk me blowing my load just from scrubbing. I think that would make all the difference.
