    If you use a "tube only" device with a PA piercing, you can tuck it under much easier with little bulge. The down side is that it puts more pressure on the piercing and it can migrate (see my photos). It happened to me and was totally painless/bloodless and I didn't notice it until there was so little skin left that it totally separated when I inspected it. I had a Lori device on order that had a PA AND retaining ring for total security and for the ring to take pressure off the PA. In retrospect, I think a "reverse PA" is optimal for a tube only device if you plan on tucking it back. You can also try medical prosthesis adhesive and glue things rather than pierce.

    I'd like to offer another perspective on the use of a chastity device.

    Alice, you mentioned you don't care for the bulky look. Understood. But please keep this in mind: regular use of a chastity device often (but not for everyone) TEACHES your body how to avoid erections. Erections inside of a tube are not comfortable....and can be downright agonizing. Soon, your body will prefer to avoid them entirely. It's sort of a conditioning thing.

    So, perhaps you wear a chastity device when alone.....but when you want to truly rock that sexy smooth look, you simply take it off. With enough time, a lot of us tend to stay on the limp side.

    For example, I used to get hard just trying to put my cage on. Sleeping in it was extremely difficult because of erection attempts. Today: the little guy stays very soft when installing my tube.....and sleeping is a breeze.

    Erections? .....what erections?

    PS, I agree with Jessica......a soft clitty sans testes is a very sexy look.

    I have had a PA and a guiche piercing for years so both are very well healed. I had a small silver chain to connect them together and occasionally wore it. It was Ok walking about but sitting soon became uncomfortable and driving was almost impossible. I cant imagine connecting the 2 together with a padlock, it would create a huge pull on the PA.

    I’ve seen this done, and it was on a sub trans performer in some fem Dom videos I saw, hope it works out for you.
