Mine was quite quick, I was quoted 8 weeks but it got to me in about 5....I can only imagine it depends how busy they are and it will vary throughout the year....Holidays, sickness, raw material all that sort of think can effect a small business.....and hey they are on the end of a phone unlike some of the companies
That’s good to hear. I have not tried calling them. I completely understand life in these times as a small business! Was mostly curious to see if 6-8 weeks was a reasonable time frame. I have wanted a custom belt for yrs and am very excited to get it!
Mine took about 4 months, but that was largely due to timing when the UK was at the height of their Covid explosion, and also the fact that I had some custom work done. I have a friend who purchased one about a year before me and he got his in about 6 weeks if I remember correctly, including shipping to the USA. So I suspect the 6-8 week timeframe is more typical during normal times.
