Custom device - carbon fibre !!!!! follow this thread to read updates

I have been wearing my CB6000 on and off for about 2 weeks now. While it is great to feel my junk very tightly compacted - the bulk of the CB6000 is not ideal. I am working with a friend that is a mechanical engineering wiz and we are going to make some custom devices using carbon fibre. The tensile and compressive strength should enable the device to be 5x the thickness and weight of an existing plastic unit.

The machining costs may be significant - I'm going to look into it more. Join this thread if you would like to find out more as I proceed investigating this option.
