Rhode Island Democraps Submit Bill To Double State Income Tax For Parents Of Unvaccinated Minors

Rhode Island Democraps want to punish the parents of children who refused to submit to the Chinese Coronavirus vaccine mandates.

If passed, the bill will financially cripple individuals by doubling their personal income tax and requiring them to pay a monthly fine of $50.

State Senator Samuel Bell is the lead legislator backing the bill, which mandates all Rhode Island residents, workers, and taxpayers receive a Chinese Coronavirus vaccine as well as any subsequent boosters that the state’s director of the department of health shall require.

The law will apply to every person “of at least 16 years of age” as well as every person “under 16 years of age” and over 10 years of age.

In order to receive an exemption for a minor, an extremely strict requirement has been drafted into the bill. Parents will need to have three different doctors state on record that the child is “not fit for immunization” and the child themselves will have to place their signature on the form.

The state’s department of health will then be vested with the power to investigate each individual case and, without details provided as to how the determination might be made, may summarily reject the petition and reinstate monetary penalties on the minor’s guardians.

Employers, both public and private, will be tasked with enforcing the legislation as well. If an employee who is not strictly working remotely fails to provide proof of vaccine and his employer fails to terminate his employment, that employer will receive a monthly fine of $5,000 imposed on them.

The Regime’s DOJ on Tuesday announced they will appeal Monday’s mask mandate ruling for commercial air travel if the CDC decides to keep the mask mandates in place.

Clown House reporters asked Jen Psaki if Sleepy, Creepy, Crazy, Perverted Uncle Joe’s DOJ will appeal a ruling on the federal mask mandate.

“The Department of Justice has indicated that they would appeal, not just because they think it’s entirely reasonable…but because they think for current and future public health crises, uh, we want to preserve that authority for the CDC to have in the future,” Raggedy Ann said.

“Our focus here was seeing what power we had to preserve,” Raggedy went on r.

So it’s not about science.

The Esteemed Little Elf on Federal Face Diaper Mandate – Laws and Courts Have No Right to Impede on CDC Science and Regulations

In this brief video, The Elf was asked for his opinion on the recent federal court ruling that the CDC exceeded its authority with a federal transportation face diaper mandate.

According to The Elf, the CDC’s bureaucratic science should supersede any constitutional, legal or limiting positions by the legislative or judicial branches of government. In essence he’s saying the CDC is above the law.

The CDC is a subservient regulatory agency just like every other agency within government and it is just as subject to the laws and legal limitations of the constitution as any other agency would be. However, in the twisted view of The Elf and his fellow Branch Covidians, the power of science puts them above the law.

By the time these so-called “life-saving” vaccines were forcefully rolled out, it appears they had a REVERSE effect on mortality. From September to December 2021, the vaccine mandates rapidly increased EXCESS mortality rates for Gen X (ages 40-55), Gen Z, and Millennials (ages 25 to 40).

I believe THIS is the data that truly matters--excess mortality. The graph seems to indicate that, at best, the vaccines were not helping. Mostly likely the vaccines are hurting. What will be most fascinating is the shape of this graph for the next twelve months.

We must be careful that the baseline is not allowed to change. You can bet organizations like the CDC will consider this the "new normal" and if deaths are similar next year, they will show it as flat.

 

Hummmm....sales of a vaccine going down....but we are assured not to worry they'll perk back up again.

Isn't the POINT of a vaccine that it sort of creates its own obsolescence? If a vaccine is working, we should expect a HUGE drop in sales after an initial wave of vaccination.

Clearly the drug companies are hoping differently.

Well not exactly, but he did complain about the courts rightfully doing their jobs over the CDC and he didn’t like it. Personally I’d like to see the courts reel in the CDC the executive branch and all who are pulling the US in crazy directions.

 

Mandating the jab = Criminal. But what about their manufacture in the first place? I'd say also criminal.

To the extent I understand the biology involved, it sure seems consistent with predictions of nearly two years ago. The anti-body dependent enhancement is going to cause severe health problems for a long time to come.

 

At a minimum, this is going to be interesting. Companies suddenly aren't so "woke" when half of their customers disappear. But how heavy handed with the government be? Sadly, looks like we are going to find out.

 

I won’t go as far as saying it’s criminal (yet).

That said I will say the way things are being done are very irresponsible. And might even be criminally negligent.

I’ve always said Trump isn’t as smart as he claims. And in this case he was played. I suspect those who were behind this knew they could use his ego to react the way he did. Use fear and urgency to get him to trust Fauci and then make bad decisions by Fauci’s desire to get rid of him and get more power and control.

But those are just guesses based on observations.

It will be interesting seeing how many people get sick. And how fast.

It makes me not trust anyone in the medical INDUSTRY. So I’m not sure what to do or say.

 

Tom, you make a very plausible point about Trump's complicity in this covid debacle. He certainly helped get this mess all started. I am amazed at how many people want him back. Of course, the current administration is far worse, but I'd hope we'd improve next November.

 

I’m a moderate independent. I lean conservative on fiscal and freedom related issues. I lean more libertarian (the view not the party) on everything else. So Trump was refreshing to see as he upset the establishment.

That said his lack of knowledge of how DC worked bit him. I grew up in the DC Area and people there are ruthless. They all want more power and will literally do anything to get and keep it.

Personally I wish he’d have brought more people together. If he did, I think there might have been a chance that he could have regained control of this. Sadly I don’t think he understood what was going on. As we are seeing lots of things are all balled up in this. And from my perspective it all smells like chicken shit mixed in with cow shit. Aka it’s real bad.

The current “administration” is a disaster. Hopefully it’s making people aware of how bad things are. I fear though it’ll embolden the GOP to go far right. Personally I’d like to see them move more fiscally conservative but find a balance between pushing back against the woke insanity yet be more open and less critical of those who aren’t stereotypical far right families.
