So I bought a holy trainer 5 the other day. I wasnt sure what size ring id need so I bought them all. My problem is even with the 55mm which is the largest my balls still get cold . there is no discoloration they dont hurt but they are cold . Not sure if thats ok or not
I notice at certain time of day, mine will get cold, than warm back up. Could be they are cold and need to go inside Rule of thumb is you should be able to fit you first finger between your ring and skin up to the first knuckle.
Mine also get rather cold sometimes, especially in cooler weather while performing my housework chores naked or in open-crotch panties. As long as circulation is OK, no discoloration or lack or sensation, cold balls should be no problem. I have read that sperm count declines when the balls are cold. But that is no problem for me since my little caged penis no longer serves any sexual purpose.
That may not be cold as much as your body shifting blood flow. if you’re worried about where pants that a lining inside of them like lounge pants or track pants(some do). That will confirm if it’s temp. I thought my balls were changing because of cold and it turns out when I get focused on work or anxious about something they shrink.
