    I'm going to depart from Heathrow airport in a couple of days. With a metal cage. Last time I flew (uncaged) you first had to go through a metal detector and then if it beeps through a body scanner.

    Does anyone have experience with Heathrow specifically? Can you "pass" the body scanner? Does security know what "body jewellery" means?

    Traveled a few times and chickened out of the steel cage devices each time.

    I have used plastic / 3D cages quite a few times and there was no issue anywhere, but....
    now that I am currently and seemingly permanently in my full BBCS,

    Has anyone tried going through security in a Full Steel Belt?

    I'd almost say take it off out of respect... but it's the TSA, Fuck um. If you don't care do whatever the hell you want. They're the idiots that want to look at your dick before you get on a plane that's their problem.
