    Sometimes I'll get some skin irritation where the ring is... nothing a band-aide & Neosporin won't take care of.

    irritation on the sides, specifically my right side, where the base ring is behind the testicle. If I don't keep it well lubricated it can become a sore, which takes a few days rest to heal.
