If I am looking at it right it's a hollowed out dildo or penis sleeve made to attach to a cage using the urethra plug that screws into the cage, but this time it's reversed so that it goes into a reenforced part of the dildo.

Def prob seems like your only option is a diy version. But I'm sure this will be made popular sooner than later, which case there will be more popping up on the market. I'm sure of it.

 

I’ve worked on the idea a bit. The screw and threaded insert will be nylon. If I build it, I will post instructions here.

This is me the the FRRK version.

It was a total mindfuck, even with the unnatural colour.

Unfortunately, the dildo was too small to do anything for my wife and the threaded steel insert that attaches it to my cage worked itself free of the dildo on our very first use.

I intend to get a bigger dildo and transfer the steel insert that attaches to the cage into the new one. One challenge is to find a suitable adhesive that can bond stainless steel to silicone.
