I was having a hard time with a cheap version of the CB6000S which was far to tight so decided to get a CB3000 with the points of intrigue and the rings seem to be more comfortable than the CB6000S. So far I have been locked in for 24 hours and apart from the ball burn sensation when trying to get aroused all seems to be better. I think what didn't help was when I was in the CB6000s I had pinched the bottom of my scrotum and it took a while to heal and every time I tried again it would be painful where the skin had been pinched, It has nearly healed now and the rings seem more tolerable.
