CB3000: Very fragile?

    I was locked up at the in Novemeber 2011, and since then the CB has broken two rings and split along the join line.

    Is this common? We've run out of rings that fit now, so I will be trying a different type going forward I think.

    This is common on fake clones of the CB.

    I have worn a cb3000 almost 24/7 (occasional switch to cb2000) for 3 years. Have never had a problem with splitting. I use the rings from the cb2000 so can't comment on that. I got mine direct from company.
