Cancelled order

Has anyone else here had an item they ordered cancelled through E-Bay as it could not be shipped to UK from America after all. I spent ages looking for a leather straitjacket online and finally found one and ordered it through E-Bay. I was told it would be extra to have it sent through Global Packaging system and the money went out in two seperate amounts in Dollars from Paypal. The item was being tracked through DHL and then disappeared somewhere in America at a depot, i then had an e-mail from e-bay saying it would be cancelled as it was not allowed to ship adult items to the UK from America and to get in touch with the seller and arrange refunds etc. What was the problem with the item? its not porn or dangerous and why did they advertise the fact on e-bay that the item could be shipped to UK in the first place. I now have to wait for the maker to receive the item back before he will sort the refund out and i am hoping this will also include the extra costs charged for the postage. So much for free trade!

I couldnt agree more Mistress Michelle i thought it was a wind up to start with, however after so much wrangling with E-bay the seller, and then Paypal i have finally had all my money refunded but i see they are still taking orders from the UK on e-bay for the item so who knows. However having asked the question to another company selling a similar straitjacket on E-Bay they said they sent their items from the UK anyway and sure enough ten days later it arrived and WOW is it cool!. I couldnt wait to try it out last night but once i had unwrapped it and undone all the straps and buckles and zip i slipped it on only to realise you cannot fasten it at all with your hands inside the sealed sleeves!!!!!!!! ggrrrrrrr however finally my wife came home and slipped me into it and boy there is no getting out of this item without release for sure. Wife sent me upstairs to the bedroom and left me on the bed unable to even remove my glasses until she came to bed 3 hours later. Must get her to take a few pictures of me in it next time. Highly recommend the seller and would certainly buy some of the other items they sell on their site. Thank you Mistress Deborah for showing me the beauty of such an item during my short visit .
