    On initial review:

    Ridiculous!

    On further investigation:

Condoms do not cover a sufficient are of the genitals to prevent HPV (Human Papillomavirus) and therefore are not a completely effective barrier to transmission.

Ensuring that all sexually active people male and female are kept in full-shield chastity belts (with the female belt requiring a secondary shield), would be a substantial barrier to transmission.

Therefore, Chastity cannot cure cancer but could enhance protection against cervical cancer.

    Conclusion:

    1) If chastity is your kink go for it (or maybe you should wait for CDC approval)!

    2) If you and your sex partners have a latex kink, you’re probably better off with all parts covered (they even come with internal sheaths for girl parts and external sheaths for boy parts.

    3) The best answer however remains to get adolescents vaccinated for HPV at the appropriate age.

All the advice listed here is worth what you’ve paid for it. As always, let your conscience be your guide when practicing chastity or for that matter participating in life.

This is Part 1 of a series of the ridiculous claims made with regard to the use of chastity by the broader population.

I think if you look deeper you would see that the answer is 100% yes!
100% of the population in chastity 100% of the time would ultimately decrease the population so significantly that there would be no cancer at all.
I do for this conclusion assume that we are only talking about cancer in humans.
