Cage for after a scrotoplasty

Hello all, I was a happy self locked/chastity fetishist until I had a scrotoplasty last year, which has rendered my integrated lock cage useless due to having a reduced scrotum for the base ring to sit behind. A plus to my operation, is that my 'package' down there looks great with my satin panties, though I do miss the thrill of having my steel cage tucked carefully behind the loving embrace of satin.

Therefore the question, would anyone here know of a way to anchor a chastity cage now due o this. I am open to Prince Albert or Frenum piercings as an option to anchor the cage. I am ware of the more 'permanent' effect a piercing would have and I am fine with that too.
