    I am wearin the bon4m (L) 48mm ring.
    It fits perfectly and my mistress loves it.

    Looks like you could go down one cage size. I was wearing the Bon4m for several years and currently I'm locked in the mini (one size smaller) . It's not that there was any shrinking but I can put on the smaller version without any trouble. From your pic it seems that there is some room unfilled the smaller size would not leave any such and probably be even more comfy.
