    hi, my balls are trying to escape to sides of my neosteel shemale belt after a while,any solutions i could prevent this?

    Hi! I had the same problem, got tired of the constant pinching, and finally ended up buying the Arch. Sorry, not much help there :-(

    won't ARCH have the same problem??? Isn't the only way to solve the problem is to go for something with a cage like Untouchable premium or Cararara 2.0?

    Nope. The Arch doesn't really have any sharp edges and won't pinch. Once adjusted, it's surprisingly comfortable to be unbending steel.
