    I have their last message pop up over and over again.
    Scrolling the chat history reveals multiple postings of the last message they sent.
    100's of them.

    I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this but it's very irritating.

    I don't think mobile cometchat works well if at all

    If it's mine, I do apologize for the seemingly intoxicated mobile posts.. repeating the same thing, over and over.. and over... Waiting for computer to get fixed :/

    Yes a CM mobile app would be amazing. It is not great to use CM on a phone

    CometChat on a phone is a total disaster. I've erased it off my phone because it causes nothing but problems

    it doesn't work on my phone at all. Chat also crashes on me all the time when on my laptop. And this site is consistently slow :mad:

    This is the worst i'vevever know it to be since i joined.
    The administrator has abandoned the site and all of these words are falling on deaf ears.

    Interesting- I chatted with a friend on my phone yesterday for maybe 40 minutes with no problem. Same thing with another friend a week or two back.

    I was able to look at other Apps and return to Cometchat and keep chatting with no glitches.

    It was troublesome about 6 or 8 months ago and their Customer Service was laughably non existent.

    It may be worth uninstalling and downloading the latest version.

    Just my experiences - using iPhone 6.

    I have done that and the result was the same: it is horrible slow to a point that crashes the phone.

    I too have removed and reinstalled at least 6 times. I have an Android phone. The last 2 installs didn't even display the cometchat menu display.

    you are all speaking of cometchat, I'm assuming thats the chat in the lower right corner when I sign in on my android phone. No matter what I try it does nothing. My phone is a samsung s8+. Its always up to date. If i'm on my laptop and using safari and chat it usually just stops refreshing and messages don't come through. If I use chrome it will work better but yesterday crashed and couldn't get it working again.

    well it don't work sometimes on a pooter very good and words don't come up. but sometimes it works. the big chatroom is a bit better.

    It will not work on a phone screen - you need to download a separate app to use the mini chat facility. See this post for how to sign in https://www.chastitymansion.com/forums/index.php?threads/supercharge-your-mobile-chat-at-cm.17387/

    I went to this page https://www.cometchat.com/features/mobile and there is a minichat with one of their consultants.

    As with all apps, some do not work very well on some phones. When they come across a problem they try to fix it. I suspect that this is more common on Android phones as there are so many manufacturers and models, unlike Apple where there are only a few models and greater control over Apps that are on their App Store.

    May be worth trying to chat with them and see if they know of any issues with your particular phones?
