Accessory belts for trapped ball cage

If there was such a thing and it was practical it would also solve a lot of the rear pullout problems that many balltrap devices suffer from too.
We use a combination of an internal urethral device and a rear obstruction moulding to prevent re insertion. It works well.
However if the device was pulled tight towards the body that would also prevent extraction and re insertion.
Any belt would also have to be secured to the base ring via the bottom and top meaning a chain or strap between the legs which would prove difficult to maintain hygiene around the anus. In short I am not convinced a belt would be practical for long term wear.
