Well disappointed on two fronts...... 1. Sharp pain and one little ball escapes my back ring....And it's all quite small and compact. 2. No one cared to comment or suggest anything. Sigh......
i would say your ring is too small. Should be tight enough to fit only one finger when flaccid up to the knuckle. As for holding the penis from shrinking inwards, a peircing would help that. Or you could try the tether spout.
Thank you.... I've been advised that piercing will work....The shrinking can make migration of the hole an issue...

i cant see the photo for some reason but you would be better off with a device that was designed with a PA in mind.
Being able to pull out is one thing, having balls slip out is another. Either your base ring is too big, the gap is too big, or both.
I did were holy trainer 2 but the gap over time would widen and allow slippage- the metal cage doesn't flex in the gap
@sillymaid I would insist on a small cage that hides the entire cocklet. It really needs covering up.
No big deal. I just ask my wife for the key and put it back on. I am not about to spend even more money trying to find a device that will not ever fall off without a piercing. For me it is no big deal to be unlocked to correct a problem. I am not going for any kind of record and the official rule book allows unlocking to fix problems like ours. If it is happening every day, than I think you would need a piercing, but for me it only happens once in awhile so I can deal with it, with what I got. It was more of a problem when I started chastity. It was so bad that sometimes I could not even find my penis but now that I am very used to wearing my device, my penis may shrink a little from nonuse but not like it used to. This only happens to me in my sleep and I found that if I did not lubricate a few hours before bedtime, the problem almost goes away entirely.
