To be completely honest, I didn't make it from scratch. We purchased a stainless steel device from a friend's erotica store. I shortened it, tack welded the pieces together, tacked on a larger base ring (big balls, small cock issue), smoothed all the weld points, polished and clear coated the result. Nothing on the order of what Mature Metal, for example, does from scratch.
What did you clear coat it with? I always wondered if a device could be power coated. Lot's of color choices if it could, candy apply red, pink metal flake.
Just a polyurethane clear coat. seems to be wearing well and is easily re-done. A powder-coated aluminum custom device would be very cool
Kali, Very nice workmanship, even if it was just a modification. I too started with a 6000 and progressed to a S. In fact I have been contemplating just selling the 6000 cage because I know Mistress has no intention of using it again. She has actually brought up a smaller custom cage as well.
