As one of my new year resolutions I am going to sport again.
One of which is running, which I will be doing with my roommate.

Now the question / problem I have is, how to do this together with a chastity cage?
Running pants don't leave much to the imagination and so everybody could see the odd shape.

Does anybody know a good solution for this? I would really love to combine the two, but there are some things I dont want friends to know and as I am a terrible liar, it's best to avoid a situation where somebody can question me about it.

Edit: It's really hard to find anything about it, due to running also being used in another context. Sorry if it was already answered somewhere, I really tried :(

I guess I will never understand the need to wear the chastity device when it gets in the way of work or other activities. Couldn't you just take it off when running and then put it back on when done. That is what I do when I ride my bike.

look into compression shorts. basically spandex underwear for men. i workout a decent amount and never had a problem with it flopping around or poking out too far.

Depends on the device. I have a CB600s. I've once worn it while exercising. Wore the tightest underwear I could get, my shorts and some trackies over the top. Didn't show but it made running uncomfortable. I'd much prefer to unlock before working out then locking post-workout.

    Hello, Vincentio!
KTB is a real solution for this case. In tight shorts you even do not need a ball ring so it will be totally invisible

Some snug underwear and loose longish shorts works fine with my JailBird. Go running and to the gym several times a week and have never had any problems. I think that cycling might be very uncomfortable though!

    Thanks all. :)
Yeah I guess cycling will be harder, but won't be doing that with the current weather, so won't worry about that yet.
Unlocking isn't really an option, as i will be locked through carlilock/emlalock and I would really love to be able to keep it up for an extended time.

So I will just try experimenting with what works best for me. The friend with whom I am running is also wearing loose sport pants nowadays, so thats possible at least without being the odd fellow.

I agree, tight shorts with bagger ones over the top is the way forward, also Vincentio I tie a shoe lace from the device around my hips and then back to the device, this stops it from falling down whilst running - hence less visible. I hope this helps.

I wear loose gym shorts and my device (which is bulkier than a CB) doesn't really show. I think people sometimes get self-conscious and imagine things being more visible than they are.

Did someone really suggest running in a KTB? Sounds painful.

I wear a CB6000s for two weeks now and struggling with riding a bike. Maybe trying a women’s saddle will help.

I still have to try running in running tights with the chastity cage on. It depends on how tight the tight is..

I dont have any problems exercising at all. I can even squat (although i do take them off on heavy days). Just spend extra time warming up to loosen up your muscles first and you should be fine
