    Just having no access to a key with my KH being present would be quite enough for me. If that guy mixed the apoxy correctly he is not getting out in a hurry or without tools and not without risk of injury either.

    I doubt it was intended to be permanent - probably just as a bit of a opportunity to make it semi permanent for a while.
