I see a lot of subs always commenting they wish they could get their partner more involved and interested in chastity control. It got me thinking that potentially subs are trying to explain chastity from their perspective, the submissive role. I think it might help some people better explain the benefits of being a KH if we heard directly from people in that role. So keyholders, why do you do what you do? What do you like about D/s and Keyholding and what benefits do you get from it mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, etc. ? Obviously a clean house and on demand O’s are probably a perk for most but beyond that, what do you like and what turns you on and keeps you interested in being a KH?
I can speak for my wife on this topic, because I have asked her this exact question. She likes the power. She likes me frustrated and desperate for her. She likes intimacy that is totally focused on her, without need for her to reciprocate. She likes the freshness chastity brings to the relationship. It is like when we first met. Every day. She likes my service. She likes the power.
I've received similar feedback from my wife. She also loves the confidence she's gained by getting all of the above.
For my wife it was simply about acceptance of who she was. She was a very fierce woman and was very open with me about her interest in power. She was also very frustrated with male behavior in general but just wasn't attracted to women. In most of life she was getting the message that her fierce dominant nature was somehow bad or not appropriate for a woman, and what she needed from me was to have her fierceness and dominance experienced as love.
