    its day 22 of my trip and have been orgasm free since leaving home. She seems to be relishing her control more and has told me that if I’m not down 10 lbs by the time I get home, I will remain locked until I am back on track. She has told me that I will meet my weight loss goals or there would be serious punishments and denials. So, I better make sure I lose 4 more lbs in the next two weeks or my denial will be for a lot longer than 36 days locked!

    She is really showing signs of taking serious control so I guess I hope that this reality is what I really desired!

    My boss offered me $5,000 to loses 50 lb by April 1st, 2019 and I told her we can use it for a vacation to Scotland which has been her lifelong choice to go. She guaranteed me that I will get that bonus, even if it hurts me. Lol

    I can loose a pound a day easily any time I want .
    I sometimes start with legal ephedrine 5mg's ( available at health food stores here in Calgary) I take 5 or 6 tablets ,and that not only gives me energy ,but I have no desire to eat. Once after about 3 days your stomach shrinks you don't experience hungry feelings. I usually over do everything ,and find after eating nothing for a few days ,I get dizzy when I stand up . About that time I have a non sugar drink like V-8 juice .

    Just FYI-my beautiful wife/KH is something of a "chubby chaser" and likes it when I gain weight. Since being locked about 7 months ago, I've gained about 25 lbs. (175 to almost 200). I don't get unlocked unless I "clean my plate" every night. So, I suspect I'm destined to continue to be a fat ass, LOL!

    Day 27. It’s easier now although a release would be really nice. It feels like an accomplishment that I have not had a release even though I’m on the honor system. The cage definitely helps keep things from going too far but it is still a pain to wake a few times needing to pee to get rid of an attempted erection. There have been a few that felt like the ring was going to rip my balls off which make it harder to pee which took longer to subside. Luckily, all toilets in the Middle East have the water sprayers to clean yourself after using the toilet and they are also handy to clean a cage or run cold water over things to cool and shrink things. I may have to install one when I get home. It seems one of those sprayers would be a benefit to those that use the full belt. You can get squeaky clean without using toilet paper which is really nice.

    Just got home after an extra day in Germany. It’s been 39 days since my last O and I put the cage back on right after landing in Houston. My love took possession of her key as soon as I got in the car then she dropped me off at home and went back to work. Hopefully, I don’t fall asleep to early considering my body is still 8 hours ahead.

    I use MyFitnessPal it works great
    I have lost 20lbs since March 12. I weight everything I eat, drink less and when I do it’s low cal beer.

    Omg, she teased me until I was in serious pain. I thought she was going to deny me but she finally gave me the key. Was almost a religious experience when I entered her and the O was mind bending. She wanted me to lock up when done but the base ring was preventing things from fitting so she allowed me to relocate this morning.
