I pay $300 per half day of use for a private dungeon space owned by a retired woman. That gets us access to all the toys and crossdressing clothing there (in addition to my own gear collection in a storage locker nearby), plus permission to ceiling mount my lights.The two other dungeon spaces in San Francisco rent for $200 per hour and $120 per hour so I feel like that's a good deal on a chunk of time that is truly significant.
