Looking at the above, I think screws in these lengths are what may be needed, but would like to ask for confirmation...Do these look about right?

I would like to email Bryce only once about lengths when I inquire about m3x.050 threaded security screws.

    6mm
    8mm
    10mm

Oh, and one final thing. I need to check the width of the screw head on my current screws, to ensure they can be made to the 5mm screw head width needed to countersink into the sunken socket on the PA setup.

I'm curious if the BD-30 uses the same screw size; also curious about the length required

    Count me in too.

Is it necessary to get a proprietary key made up, versus just using something like their Penta Plus screws? Their information says $100 minimum order, 25 pieces. That would keep the costs very reasonable. Just have to turn the heads down to fit in the BAWR rings.

Bryce specifically states on their website that the Penta Plus screws are not available directly to the public. One must be a Bryce customer to buy them and I had to pay several hundred dollars to get my account. It's part of their business model and the way they control who has access to their products.

Dang, I contacted the manufacturer today and my proprietary code will not fit an M3 metric screw.

I'd have to buy a new code (proprietary key design) along with 2,500 screws. The cost is too exorbitant.

I can however, get the Penta-Plus keyway design.

So it looks like this thread needs to be re-newed. I'll start a new thread to get a feel for interest.

I was just on their site today looking at the Penta-Plus. A few others to consider would be.
    Lori's - 6-32 x .75 Inch flat head
    Red Chili - M4 x 0.7 x10mm Pan Head

I bought some security spanner heads to replace the stock ones but Penta might be the way to go..
