I am new to chastity but not to celibacy. I have been a voluntarily celibate for the past 25 years. While I have been celibate I have found that I have often made myself raw and chafed in my sleep rubbing against the sheets, wall, treebark or whatever has felt good at the time. I started thinking that not being able to get an erection and worrying myself into a painful blister was a good idea.

I do not have a key holder and actually wear one of the keys on a chain around my neck. So far other then removing it once for waxing the area and returning it to the cage without temptation, I have managed well. I do find the hinge under the scrotum iratating though and saw a post in the blog for solid rings for the CB series. There has to-date been no response to this inquiry. I bought my device from a bankrupt company in Great Britain and only received one main ring with it perhaps a larger ring might help. I also find the 1.5 inch inner diameter of the cage to be more then snug, while the length is fine. I know that I can not comfortably slip a 1.75 inch diameter ring over my penis. While this is not uncomfortable but I do find it dificult to don the device and urinate. Not sure I can find someone who can enlarge it.

I have also found that wearing it under my clothing is a bit of a problem so I guess that my tight jeans have to go. I have worn it to the gym and pool and have only had a few comments. While I am a single gay male I simply said that it was there to ensure my fidelity. The people who asked don't know what my relatioionship status is nor do they know my orientation, though by looking closely at the beast they could guess my religion. I do find the psycho-sexual aspects of the chastity lifestyle interesting but that has little to do with me. I am HIV+ and chose not to be tempted in public sex environments in a moment of weakness. I travel a lot and am looking forward to the metal detectors at the airports. I will not remove my steel device for this and expect to be delayed often. I am truely beginning to appreciate the lifestyle changes.
