Male Chastity now has a glans ring that can be installed with some of their cages that is rubber and holds it to prevent pull out.

 

You can't handcuff an octopus.

Get him pierced, it's the only real solution.

@Rachel Cash my cage is not a cage now its a plate thats got a thing on the bottom that just push everthing inside me. Its nice and comfy as well.

 

A piercing, there are three types that can be used to secure glans in cage, keeps the head in the tip of the cage. (Prince Albert, Apadravya, Ampallang)

A support strap, anything that goes around the waist and supports the cage, will help keep the cock in the cage.

That is my experience.

Without these, going about day, penis tends to retract to varying degrees throughout the day.

Why can they not be trusted? I see security as a trust issue. I know we keep having this conversation, but if I were to pull out and knock one out, my wife would know. So more security is fun, but makes no difference. Maybe if she said a year, or permanently I would have a shift of opinion, but I've done 40 days and by then i don't want it to end. Do they not choose this lifestyle?

 

Turtling seems to depend on the fit. At minimum, the head bulb needs to start a few mm short of the root of the foreskin.

They are kind of a hassle to remove, so for keyholders who enjoy a little spontaneity they are not a good idea. Kind of a mood killer for sure. But if security is preferred over spontaneity, the tetherspout might be something to consider.

 

I have a cheap knockoff tether spout from Ali without the lock. The bawr version is on its way though. Insertion and removal is actually pretty easy and fast. I dont use any string as that once cut my urethra. I just push in the spout, slide it a few centimeters into the urethra and then insert the ring, wiggle it around by gently squeezing the head and then push the spout up and it usually catches the ring right away. If not, more wiggling and voila. For removal i just push the spout back in while gently squeezing the head, gently pull the base of the spout down into the urethra by grabbing it through the skin. Once it's clear of the ring (you can feel that happening), i squeeze the head to turn the ring sideways and then push the spout up and out which pushes out the ring first.

 

I am interested in getting a tether spout - but am wondering if anybody has experience with foreskin and thether spouts. Hopefully it will make peeing much easier as well as being more secure?

 

I am locked in an inverted device that works very well for me, why does not the inverted device not work for your submissive? My device is steel, very simple, inexpensive, totally secure with security screws and waist belt. I have never been able to get out of it without the proper tool.

i suppose if you keep an eye on things it should be fine. I suppose this is the soft version of a PA piercing type solution where you somehow fix the tip to the cage. on one hand a pa might sound a little dramatic to some, but on the other provide a safe mechanical fixing that 100% prevents pull out,

 

I have a spout and a foreskin. They do work together but it will depend to a certain extent on how tight the foreskin is and how large the spout is. Mine is a 10mm spout with a 12mm retainer and it can be a bit of a challenge to pull the foreskin back into place once the spout & retainer are fitted. A thinner spout/retainer ir a looser foreskin would probably solve that problem but so far at least it hasn't bothered me enough to worry about it.

Foreskin can catch & pinch between the cage and the spout if you aren't careful. I've found makong sure the cage is tight and the hole for the spout is just large enough to be the best solution for me (I wear a fully enclosed tube only - no base ring.

Cage design will matter. Now that I know it works and that I can get the spout in & out I,m considering a tube-only cage from BAW in titanium - much lighter & easier to keep clean.

The spout does help with not making a mess in the bathroom but again, it depends on sizing. If it's big enough all the urine will flow through, if it's smaller some may leak past.

Long term I may still consider a PA - the spout does need to come out regularly for a proper deep clean.

 

I recently bought a clamp essentially that holds me in the cage so I can’t turtle. Working well so far.

For me it is not a security thing as a comfort preference. It keeps me lined up and at the tip of the cage. Moving in the cage causes friction.

Simply put, you can't do either.

You can get partially erect but the tube contains the head and part of the shaft. It's tight on a flaccid penis and being metal won't expand so that part quit simply can't get hard. So no full erection is possible.

Jerkjng off, forget it. There is no way to stimulate the glans and don't even thing of trying to use the tube to do it - the spout will very quickly convince you that is not a good idea!

This is my current flat, inverted device which was built from a number of pieces from other devices. I too "turtle" but, with a metal waist chain, this has solved our issue of my being able to pull out. Bathroom habits are acceptable as I sit to urinate & use a 50 cc syringe to clean afterwards. Have been able to wear this for a week straight & only unlocked for a deep clean & wellness check. Highly recommend this type of device.
