I know you didn't ask me but I'll offer my experience. It took me around 2 weeks of 24x7 wear apart from that little cheat I mentioned. tbh I didn't really need it in hindsight. What I needed was plenty of moisturiser day and night to soothe the sore skin and to give my body time to adapt. Anyway, I think my wife knew by intuition as she put me in a more secure cage not long after!

 

He's not mentioned sore skin, just how the pain wakes him up at night. I'll check with him and see if he needs moisturiser too.

Make sure the tube section of the device is short enough, best about an inch smaller than you flacid size. If you stop the errection being able to form it's less painful.

Then add an elasticated strap to the ring so that it keep the device close to your body this helps stop any pull on you testicle.

Lastly a small amount of lube on the underside of the ring.

After a while your body will adjust and you will sleep through with little discomfort.

 

Beware that going shorter will mean that after time you will go even shorter as your flacid penis adjusts to it's confines.

But shorter is more comfortable.

I am currently in a cage that is aprox 60mm long. My original flacid size was 105mm.

I should think over the next few years I will go down in Size again.

Goddess only allows me out for cleaning now may be 15 mins every 2 weeks.
I have no free erections.

From other people's evidence if I were alowed out of the cage for some time I would probably recover most of my size. Though I don't see that happening!!

My body still trys to get hard but it is less of a try than it was at the begging and I generally sleep ok, only ocassional waking up, even then its only minor discomfort not pain.

The strap realy helps.
If you are looking at another cage also check the base ring size is small enough it needs to be tight but not enough to cause issues I have found I have reduced this with each smaller cage. It does help also preventing movement of the cage. Also ensure ring is anotomical as in the bottom half is bent back towards the body this definatley helps compared to the standard round rings

 

It's a brand new custom cage, so getting another new one isn't really an option at the moment. Interesting points though regarding the shape of the ring. Will bear that in mind if we get another one down the line. I haven't looked at the ring in any detail, I was more interested in getting it on him than examining it, haha!

 

The key thing is the head of your penis when totally soft right at the end of the cage slight pressed into it. If there is 0 room for growth from totaly flacid state then it its the right lenght you can always go smaller as the penis is incredibly adaptable!!!

 

One thing to be aware of when going for a shorter cage... Going shorter means you're squashing the little boy up so you might need the same diameter or a little wider, but you really don't want a cage that's not wide enough.

Cages come in different diameters, but not all sellers quote the cage diameter, so beware if you're not buying custom. Whether you're getting a custom made one or not, slightly too wide is far preferable to slightly too narrow, so while erring on the side of being shorter is best for cage length, erring on the side of being wider is best for cage width. A little extra width doesn't come with the same erection and comfort problems that too long does, but if too narrow, it can cause issues getting it on and wearing.

With a properly designed cock cage, there should be no pain at night during nocturnal erection. When I started I was miserable and hurt myself. I want also address medically inaccurate statements. No, we do not get nocturnal erection to prevent peeing ourselves. While a few different theories have been proposed over the years to explain NPT, what causes it still remains uncertain. NPT, just like clitoral erections, is associated with REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. He is an article that explains it. Women also get NPT so peeing argument does not make much sense.
