    Device is comfortable but keep getting mark/wound if left in the photo attached. Anyone else get this?

    Gosh, poor you, that looks really sore!!
    Let it heal and then use E45 cream under the ring every morning. The skin will harden eventually

    Always used to be under the balls that would get sore and become a wound but that seems to be fine now with no problems. Since that area has been fine it’s now this area. How come e45 cream? Is that good for hardening the skin or do you mean just as a lubricant? Have been using butt’r cream with some success when I had the under the balls problem

    E45 cream has been clinically proven to treat and soothe dry, itching, flaking, chapped and chaffed skin.
    It also will lubricate it there.

    I think if you really want to harden the skin you should apply surgical spirit.

    Might give the surgical spirit a miss haha. I’ll give the e45 a go, hopefully that will do the trick. Just weird that area was never a problem before but now is

    This is the device I’m using. 50mm ring. Tried the 45 but left a red ring around the scrotum

    It does seem odd that it just arrived.
    I Had it before when a smaller ring was fitted. Underneath. i think the skin was a bit folded there.
    When I was moved into the last smaller ring I used vaseline under it every day from the start, and for a couple of months. i didn't want to risk it chaffing again.

    Think the last time I didn’t let it fully fully heal so that’s why it may have come back again. Just frustrating I’ve got past one bit and now this bit

    By chance have you polished the ring to be sure there nothing abrasive that may be just enough to cause that ?

    Don’t use Vaseline, it could be acting as a lube and actually causing the wound. As already said use e45 or a decent moisturiser instead. I also found good tight underwear, briefs/thong/jock to help a great deal as they hold everything in place reducing movement and irritation.

    I’ve used butt’r cream before which seemed to help. So avoid lubricants like silicon lube and Vaseline?

    Considered it but I prefer the idea of ball trap as it stops the erections whereas I’d assume you can still get erections with the pa cage only designs.

    You should take a few weeks off. That's a proper cut. It does get better with time but caging up again soon will keep you in an injury loop.

    you should take some time off and heal. It happened to me also when we started with chastity. It was all because of wrong cage. I am now caged 24/7 over 2 years and do everything in chastity. I have no issues, sleep well and enjoy the life. I have a custom made Jail Bird and that did it for me. You need well designed, likely custom made, cock cage. They are expensive, but worth of every penny if you want to do long term chastity.

    Looks like a couple things could be happening. Looks like the skin may be getting pinched due to poor lubrication. The device may be wrong for you also, look for a wider ring, or more narrow. Are your balls loose all the time, when it’s on, or do your ball sac tighten up? The ring size may need to be larger. Finally, for me it was getting an oval ring and getting a bigger gap between the cage and ring. I had to mess around for years and tried many devices before I found a good device. Go buy some different rings and cages from Cherry Keeper. When you find one that works, go have a custom metal device made.

    I have a custom mature metal jailbird, but found the diameter of the base ring to be too thin for me, prefer a thicker ring for comfort. If I increase the gap then I get ball slippage through the base ring. My testicles are high and tight. Almost fully healed so will give it another go once better and make sure to keep that area lubed with chamois butt’r. Just annoying I never used to get a problem in that area, it was always at the bottom of the scrotum but now I seem to have toughened up that area it’s now this side bit. Hopefully that will toughen up too

    You don’t have to make the base ring smaller to prevent escape. You can make the gap smaller by increasing the size of the cage, having a smaller standoff, or by bending the bottom of the cage toward the balls. It is the gap between the cage and ring that allows your balls to slip out. I am an engineer, I have the mechanics figured out. Relationships…not so much
