Circumcision ?

I had a circumcision as an adult (low & tight style) and I'm very happy with it.

Hygiene is much better, no smell or smegma.

Feeling is not different, sex is the same or even slightly better (because my foreskin wouldn't stay back during sex).

I see no downside really except for the fact that it needs some time to heal. No pain after the surgery, but erections will pull on the sutures for a few days until they dissolve. Also you need to wait like 4 weeks to have gentle sex again.

 

It's not for me at the moment. Mine was irritated a couple years ago being in the cage but my body got used to it. Your glans will dry out, your clothes will rub against it and you'll lose a lot of nerve endings. It will hurt until your glans is almost completely desensitized. You'll still be able to have sex but will have almost lost your glans completely. It's like a woman having her clit removed. You should have stretched it like i did when you were a teenager by putting a penny in it. Did you never think there would come a time when it would need to pull back? Sorry to those that can't go back but it's unnatural cosmetic surgery. Never do it.

 

Sorry but I really can't agree with this. Even before being circumcised I had no problem walking around with the foreskin retracted and the exposed glans rubbing again the clothes. Maybe we were born with different glans sensitivities and that explains the different experience?

Also you don't "lose" nerve endings, the glans skin just toughens up a little bit. I know that because when I've been locked for a week or two, with nothing but the cage touching my dick, my glans becomes more sensitive again and a fast dry handjob will leave the glans a bit sore afterwards. But when I don't wear the device this would not be a problem. So yeah you might be less sensitive in a way, but it's not because of nerve damage but because of a thicker skin. Can't say I have ever noticed a difference during sex though.

 

I got circumcised as an adult because the foreskin was too tight. It's never been a problem for me.

 

If it’s causing you pain and discomfort out of chastity to, then go for it. Sounds like it would be a benefit to you.

 

I was circumcised as an adult and have never had any pain or discomfort as a result of my glans being exposed, either immediately afterwards or later. I really dont think it is like a woman having her clit removed. As I understand it the loss of a female clit will seriously inhibit her from reaching orgasm, that is certainly not the case with male circumcision.
I would never want to go back to being uncircumcised. It is cleaner, healthier and so many women prefer the look and action of a circumcised penis.
Christopher Edwards you should be able to retract your foreskin so just go for a circumcision.

 

I’ve started to consider getting circumcised too. Cages and foreskin are not a good combination at all.

 

I was circumcised as a child, i have no problem at all with it. I even like it more to be. I can put on the chastity without any problems.
Also my glans is very sensitive. I cant say, if i still would have my foreskin it would be more. But yeah rubbing the glans can turn me wild.

 

I have fantasised about getting circumcised for a long time. I don’t have any issues with my foreskin but just kind of like how a cut cock looks. I’m early 40s though so do you think this would be too late to get it done and is the aesthetic benefit worth the risk of desensitising?

 

Absolutely not too late, I was circumcised in my forties. Yes it does look better and definitely worth the risk which is minimal.

 

i was done as a baby but i read on here that having it done when you growed up is nasty and hurts a lot and takes ages to get better. so im glad i dint know about it till ages after i was done.

No I haven't. My glans has definitely not become more sensitive. I haven't noticed any difference but in fact it is supposed to become less sensitive, which is logical if you think about clothes rubbing on the glans after circumcision and toughening up the skin. Millions of men in the world are circumcised and you don't hear of them complaining about it being too sensitive.

 

I’ve had a 3 weeks ago. One of the most (but not only) motivators was chastity.
Everything is healing nicely. I never encountered serious pain, just some discomfort in the beginning.
Ofcourse I have to wait a few more weeks tot really evaluate the end result.

 

Your procedure was a ring or has it been manually cut? You say
- it was not painful
- you are still healing 3 weeks after the procedure?

 

It was manually cut and stitched.
The doctor said to leave it heal for 6 weeks total before any sexual actions.
I was however wrong about the timing in my previous post. Now I’ve just past the 3 week marker. All but 1 stich is healed and everything is starting to look nice again.
I really never experienced pain. Ofcourse it is but annoying in the beginning but now really painful.

Where I am from (Eastern Europe) women frown upon circumcised men.

 

I'm uncircumcised, but my foreskin doesn't cover my glans. It covers about 3/4 of my glans-give or take. (You can see in my pics) I'm quite happy though!

 

I must admit I am starting to think about it.

 

Perhaps this is a question of experience rather than the thought?
I think appreciation is high in Western Europe once experienced.

 

Don't do it. It is permanent. Loss of all those nerves, and normal healthy function.

 

Not really. From what I've heard, it is very unpopular in Australia, Iceland and Japan as well. As far as Eastern European women go, I think it has a lot to do with resentment towards the ethnic/religious groups they associate circumcision with. Also, many of them don't view circumcision as natural or manly. But those are just generalities. Ultimately, it won't be a dealbreaker for most women either way.
