If you want to avoid wanting to cum, then you need to find those triggers (things that arouse you) and try to avoid them the best you can. You'll likely notice more of these triggers the longer you stay locked up. Yes, I found in my own experience that ruined orgasms don't reset the levels of horniness and urges. Instead, they carry over into the next session, so it feels like you never got release in the first place. And yes, a minor distraction is all it takes to ruin everything... An interrupted orgasm is the same as a ruined orgasm. Something occurs to stop your orgasm from fully manifesting. Well there is another thing called a "Hands-free Orgasm" which requires ALOT of arousal, since you get no physical stimulation. It has a similar effect to a ruined orgasm, since it's far more difficult to achieve than a regular orgasm with physical stimulation and it doesn't give you the feel of a full orgasm.

If you wanna try this, then I recommend 2 approaches:

1. (Hard way) Find your biggest turn-on and try to build up enough arousal to make yourself burst
2. (Easy way) Wait until your levels of horniness and urges are at a peak from prolonged abstinence and then watch your biggest turn-on to push yourself over the edge without touching yourself.
