From what I've seen there's not much from medical community says shrinkage is a thing. I can see how a flat or inverted cage could possibly cause some harm though. I'm not a doctor but this is my personal experience:

Same here. In the beginning I did care and even planned to have a night without the cage every week so I wouldn’t experience shrinkage. Now I don’t care. You cannot shrink a penis. The tissue doesnt work like this. The body doesnt take not used tissue away.
What might be an explanation fir your "feeling" is, that you might not get hard erections anymore. It doesn't get rockhard and fully erected as usually and just stands a bit to the front.

In some people they lead to erectyle difficulties.
I use bisoprolol, which is similar to metoprolol and dont have any issues with erections. Until now. Hehe.

I never tried metoprolol, so I dont know if this would lead to any similar sideeffects in my case.

Speak to your doctor. Maybe it is okay for you to try another betablocker and maybe switch the amlodipin with an ACE antagonist.
These widen the bloodvessels and so they can increase your erection ability.

An issue with these ACE antagonists is, that the receptors do upregulation. The more ACE receptors the more vulnerable for corona virus.

 

I have tried several others and these are the first two where I did not experience various side effects including ED. The ranged from a dry cough, muscle aches, leg cramps, and dizzyness. So far so good, so kind of sticking with it and use the cialis when I need it or the wife slips it to mu on the sly.

metoprolol and brilinta here post stent 2 years back. Doc said not much to do as viagara and Cialis could mess me up. Going to speak to cardiologist as shrinkage and Ed has left this useless
