I may eventually try this one. I need something more open for extended use.

 

Won't this cause more hygiene issues for you? Particularly trapped urine?

 

So... I ordered mine off of Amazon the last week of January and it finally arrived yesterday. Last night I was unable to try it on properly, it wasn't that I did not try, but I was tired and cold and my scrotum was high and tight. I could not get enough loose skin to put both testicles through the ring. I was worried all day that I ordered to small of a ring and would have to wait another three weeks for a replacement. But tonight I spent about half an hour warming and stretching my skin and after some slight fiddling the ring went on...so yay for that.
I will say, putting this thing on is more work intensive than my HT-V5 clone. This has three distinct pieces. After putting on the ring base the main part of the cage is next. The tip of this is hinged, more on this later, and the support pegs are strangely shaped and on the ring, not the cage. Lining up the pegs with cage is tricky, and pinch prone so go slow. Once this is finished comes the last piece. Supposedly a pull out inhibitor. Remember what I said about the front oof the cage being hinged? This is why. While holding the rest of the device in place you slide the inhibitor up willy and then close the hinged tip of the cage. Now, to make it more difficult to pick the standard barrel lock this device has the lock really inset into the base if the ring on the left hand side. Ladies, gentlemen, and everyone in between this thing took some effort to properly put on and lock. Is it worth it?

So far very much so. It will be very difficult to cheat with this thing on. The extra material on the top and bottom of the ring makes it harder by a level if magnitude to reach in behind the cage and try to pull out. It also fits on me solidly. I gave it an experimental tug and I believe it is not coming off without taking well loved body parts with it.

It is also well ventilated. The HT clone i have been using only has the urination hole being solid otherwise. This traps not only excess urine inside, but sweat creating a very acidic environment. I wascnever able to wear it for more than 4 days before I became tender in the area. With this I really hope that the more open design means that regular showers slows down how often I need maintenance to once per week or so.

Perhaps my favorite part of this device so far is the anti pullout piece. While I am not sure of the effectiveness against pullout yet, what it does do for me is that as I slide it into place it takes most of the loose skin I have flaccid and moves it away from the head. Exposing the head and eliminating one more place for goo to accumulate.

And for those curious, I cannot touch any encased flesh inside this thing. That may change when erect, but that has not happened in the thirty or forty minutes I have worn this so far.

Comfort wise, so far I can barely tell I am wearing it..... but once again this is very early yet.

There are some concerns that may bother people. Because of the wings on the top and bottom of the ring this device is large. If you need subtlety look elsewhere. I have read some threads on here about public gyms and showers. This is not something that you can walk from locker to shower with and not have it noticed.

But so far I am pleased. I will get back to you all eventually for an update. Thanks for reading this long post.

 

Not perfect obviously. I "could" probably pull out the back with effort. But the anti pull out would cause pain and insure I could not get back in again. And while I hate to admit it I am smallish down there making it easier to pull out of any device not somehow hooked at the front. And no piercings or inserts for me thank you.

Two changes would help.
One, I could use a heat gun and soften the top spire of this device enough to curve back and better match my pubis. Much less of a gap that way.

Also, the HT copy I was using had a tongue that stuck out the back of the ring when locked in place. You kind of have to pull everything REALLY far back to beat this system. Adding this in addition tothe spires on the Soulock should be their next upgrade.
