I have a variety of chastity devices with the locking cylinder and key. I was surprised to realise they all have the same key. Makes certain scenarios hard, like mutually holding someone's key. Does anyone supply the cyclinder and key with a different key?
The original Burg-Wächter cylinder locks do not have the same key. I suggest buying an aiuthentic one see link https://uk.burg.biz/p/locks-and-bolts/e7me/
Also available on Amazon. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Burg-Wächt...20&mcid=75015317311a3a9a81424377ca692b13&th=1
When choosing a lock, check to see how many pins it has... the cheapest locks only have one, which makes the locks and keys easy to mass produce, they're all the same. It also makes them very easy to pick, as you only have to press a single pin to allow the cylinder to turn and unlock it. A better quality lock will have 3 or 4 pins. They of course could also be keyed the same for the economic reason above, or they could be different. If it doesn't say in the description when you buy it, you can check the number of pins by checking for and counting the pin machine marks on the lock... The picture isn't a chastity belt lock, but it was the clearest one I could find that shows what I mean... the pins can be counted by the circular marks, which are always in line with the plane of the key. In this picture they're on the top edge, there are 6 on each side of this high security lock.
I found the same. I had so many keys I lost track of which went in each lock… turns out most of them! A higher end cage manufacturer would probably be the best answer. Honestly, I find the security screw on my BAWR a little fiddly. It takes time to unscrew. You lose the ‘click’ as it locks. It has so many disadvantages. Yet, I have scoured the internet for the corresponding ’key ’ and I can’t find one anywhere. Without her specific driver, once it’s on, it on! Which is kind of… terrifying! Side note: I bagged up all those old cages (I should have sold them on really) with some less preferred sex toys and took them to the tip today. (If you’re not English that’s where we take our old crap that won’t fit in the bin/trash can!) When I went the ‘general waste’ area I was mortified to be asked what my rubbish contained. I have never spluttered out “I don’t know”’ so unconvincingly before. The guy told me to leave my bags, and as I was leaving he opened them to sort them into different waste areas! Luckily for me I had a lot of other waste that he had to go through… That guy has a story he’ll tell for years to come…
now quality costs something, so the cheaper you want it, the less incentive for those who make the gizmo to make 2 - 3 - 100 different locks... and yes, I have one of those belts that cost a lot of money and I have never experienced getting a new lock where an old key fits from Neosteel
I have 4 locks, two have one key profile, the other two another. The first two have the same key, the second two have different keys. There's probably a number of Chinese factories that churn out these locks, each one having it's own unique key for all their locks, so you end up pot luck whether your locks come from the same factory or not.
