Hope you're not locked in cellmate bud. It must be down, usually when it's big gaming software companies that get hacked it's a matter of hours but I don't know much about Qiui other that it does seem quite amateurish when operating the software.

It probably is. Most of these crappy internet connected devices have the worst security and are littered with exploits since once they sell the device they have no more fucks to give about it. Most are cobbled together in a hurry, grabbing code from stackoverflow and patching it together without fully understanding it.
