Covid-19 and Life

Another one bites the dust. I know, people have been dying of hearts attacks since folks were born with hearts, but since a few years ago, whenever anyone died of anything, the government said they died of covid, here's a great Texas country music start who died of a heart attack before his time. All I can say is, glad I'm not vaxed.

I wish more people would be as brave as the Florida Surgeon General. The CDC is pushing yet another untested experimental drug on the population. Fortunately, at this point, it is truly the sheep who lack the ability to think for themselves who are duped. Still, that's a large portion of the population.

 

I find it difficult to care, provided they go down quickly.
My fear is idiots in large numbers...
And they DO reproduce faster than rabbits!

 

I would love to see DeSantis/RFK Jr. as a presidential ticket. I know I am in the vast minority, but that would be my dream team for a good shake up.

 

Yeah, the same day they say sudafed and nyquil don't work. I'm thinking I'll believe the CDC about as much as those ads promising they can make me 8 inches, and thick, last a half hour to an hour, and ejactulate about a pint every time. Wait a sec, I believe those claims more than I believe anything from the CDC.

 

I had to look this up. Wow! phenylephrine is the only drug I look for when I have a cold because it actually works well for me! Are they going to make phenylephrine the next ivermectin?? I'm stocking up this week before they pull it all. Crazy.

I'm in MA, so calibrate to your state. I only got dirty looks from the pharmacist, but - I was buying three packages of Sudafed, and they asked why? Why was I buying so much? I explained it was two days of doses given we had a family of three sick people...
But I've heard of people being arrested for buying "too much" sudafed. It's used in making Meth... She bought one bottle at one CVS, went to another CVS, bought another bottle. Two sick kids, mind.

After some research, I learned that phenylephrine replaced the similar pseudoephedrine. Apparently pseudoephedrine is the the better of the 2 and was place behind the pharmacy in 2016 because of the Meth use. phenylephrine was an attempt to create a similar product that could not be used to make meth. I still think that phenylephrine works but with this knowledge I will just be sure to ask for the better pseudoephedrine behind the counter - assuming they don't find a way to get rid of that completely. Now that they have an RSV/Flu/Covid Shot, no good citizens should be getting sick anymore anyway, right?

 

Well, "their" goal is to ensure no one ever gets sick again, yes...
It's Peace, you see - Peace of the grave, but still....
I guess I'm too much a cynic.

Being NBC, their reliability is 0, but I saw it on a Medium story, too.
If I had to guess, it WORKS, therefore, it's being denied to work, for more control.

Or, maybe, phenylephrine blocks some of the gene tailoring "they" wish to do. It's not the first time this has happened; black cats, as in, totally black cats, are a rarity - they were almost made extinct in Europe during the witch trial period. So most "black" cats have a spot of white on them somewhere. If the cat had even a spot of white, it would be saved - and "angel's kiss." But solid black, it must be a familiar of the Devil.

I know too many PEOPLE who are familiars of the Devil... We allow them to keep wasting oxygen. (Most of my professional career has been business: Payroll, Insurance, and Finance services. That article on shrimp vaccination is incredibly terrifying.
It underscores several things I've pointed out, like the plans to make the food carry the vaccines, and that the vaccines are gene therapy - not medication.

Canada Official Tells Residents to Get 'Masks Ready'

Canadian Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Theresa Tam told residents this week to get their "masks ready" amid ongoing discussions surrounding the possible return of mask mandates.

Tam and other Canadian health officials wore face masks during a press briefing on Tuesday. When asked about their decision to mask up, Tam said, "It is a layer of protection. We hope people have developed the habit to use masks as needed during the rest of our season, not just for COVID, but all the other respiratory pathogens that will be transmitted around this time."

Tam continued, "I do think now is the time to get your masks ready if you don't already have them. In our own particular context, we certainly, in our area, there's been an uptick in some of the COVID-19 indicators."

Her comments come amid ongoing speculation about the possible mask mandates. Earlier this month, some schools in the United States announced the partial return of mask mandates in response to rising COVID-19 hospitalizations, however many of these mandates were for a specific period of time and have since ended.


"National percent positivity has been steadily increasing in recent weeks, with percent positivity at 15.1% in the latest reporting week," Health Canada says on its website.

"The total number of hospital beds occupied by COVID-19 patients increased from 2,125 to 2,165 beds" between August 30 and September 5, according to the country's health department.

In response to a slight increase in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in Canada, some hospitals have announced a return to mask requirements for patients, visitors and staff. Kingston Health Sciences Centre in Ontario says on its website that masks are required in the emergency department, children's outpatient clinic, and urgent care.

Ottawa Hospital also issued a similar update on its website, saying that face masks are now required in waiting rooms and clinical areas, and are "encouraged, but optional," in hallways, cafeterias, elevators, administrative spaces and meeting rooms "for the duration of the respiratory virus season."

Several social media users responded to Tam's comments expressing opposition to a return to mask-wearing in Canada.

"We are living in a Twilight Zone episode in Canada. This is Canada's 'Health' Minister Theresa Tam today (not in 2020). Please send help," user Chris McKee wrote on X, formerly Twitter, sharing a video from the press conference.

X user Laura wrote, "Here we go again Conditioning us so we're not completely shocked when they enforce mask mandates. I have a feeling they're going to amp up the fear now. CONTROL," in response to a video of Tam's comments.
