I'm not sure why you'd want a straight, longer cage that will point in the appropriate direction for intercourse. It may work, but it will probably be uncomfortable to wear for any longer terms. And it will probably be a bit uncomfortable during intercourse for one or both of you. You may want to consider a strapon, with a 2 strap harness and a dildo with a plain base (ie, no testicles) so you can wear it at a more natural angle.

We do this frequently enough. Originally I was using a cherry keeper, which are pretty good as you can still have some sensation. Recently I got a Kink3D knock off and it's definitely stopping any sensation on my end but my wife enjoys my frustration and denial.

This would not be for normal wear, her interest is to remove whichever daily wear cage is in place, put on one more comfortable for her to insert, then return to a longer term cage. I'd not want to try PIV without something purposely designed, but had a similar idea for a vertical cage to wear temporarily whilst hard for tease-play ... I bought a cheap Bird Cage (which would be way too big "pointed down" ordinarily ...) & am working on transferring the attachment which *could* hold the 'prong' of a spare Jailbird base ring when it's attached the other way up. metal working is harder than anticipated - and has only deepened my respect for artisan cage makers! - but I'll post a pic if I ever get it assembled.

while that cage is very unique and interesting, I found something more compelling on their site. We’ve been looking for a fully customized long term cage for a while and one of their other cages looks exactly like what we’d been hoping to design. The somewhat high purchase price is buying me some freedom time; I have a feeling if we get this cage it will be in frequent use.
And…. here’s the thrilling conclusion. After much searching, I found a cage that met all of her expectations on Aliexpress. Not only was it shaped the way she wanted, the price was very affordable (laughably low at $15 shipped) and it arrived well ahead of its expected date. We checked it out together and initially she said she wanted to wait to try it. We did try it on and the fit was just like we’d hoped. Having it right before us, I hoped she’d be too eager to wait and I was correct. She lubed it up and carefully slid down onto it. Keeping in mind that my only other PIV since 11/2022 was in my CB3000, I was very excited also. She quickly get accustomed to it and rode it hard. At first I was surprised to have less sensation than I expected with the open cage design - then came the feeling of a waterfall as she grew impassioned.
