Hey all, new here and trying currently to do some chastity over multiple day/nights.
I’m using the vice- and during the day it feels super comfortable- no pain, no chafing, nothing. But at night it seems super uncomfortable, and not just from night time boners- I seem to get grazing on the testies- but again- 0 pain during the day.. night time when asleep just wants me to suffer! Do I have the wrong size? Or just need to get used to it?

Wear underpants, and look at using tissue paper around the balls to help reduce rubbing on thighs.

You can also try wearing briefs with a square cut type of tight underpands pants over the top to attempt to reduce further. Satin or silk might help but I haven't tried that.

Have personally found the best underwear for sleeping to be boyshorts - or even a thong that fits just right.

Also tried wearing "bicycle sleep shorts" (95% cotton, 5% spandex) overtop of my underwear, and I find they help too.

I agree, good tight underwear is a great help. For me I found briefs, thongs or jocks work best, boxers for me were the worst, hate the way the cage moves from leg to leg, briefs keep it all on place.

I found that a support band for the cage helps and if you are a side sleeper a good knee pillow can help prevent you from crushing things.

Hi @MandaMace and welcome to another Aussie here. IMO the Vice is not a great cage, those hard plastic edges to the ring can be problematic. I’d suggest a steel device, you should find the round ring more comfortable, and one with an open design is much easier for peeing and cleaning.

There’s loads of cheap ones on Amazon etc, maybe buy a few and see what works best for you, you can get them for around $20 each. While the one pictured in my avatar is a custom made device (and therefore much more expensive), that’s an example of the kind of design I’m suggesting.

I used the vice for a while and I found the hinge part of the ring caused abrasion, and the anti-pullout part left dings in my D for days, and that was after just a few days of constant wear.

If you are serious about chastity then getting a custom made steel cage will work much better for you than something like the vice.

I had the same problem when I was using my plastic cage. I never understood why it happened.
But I started lubing the base ring (only the part that touched my skin) before going to bed and that helped a lot.

The issue with the testicles is the erections, it pushes the cage foreword pulling on the scrotum, I had to start using a cage support strap not the elastic one but like a belt, I tighten it as tight as I can get it when I go to bed.
Thus further limiting the amount of erection I can have by holding the cage tight to my body so it can't push away.

Sounds like that’s the consensus- steel cage- I’m just worried I could get out of it fairly easily- perhaps not though- I’ll give it a go!
    Cheers!

Yeah I think that would help a lot. Might give that a go too!

Size could be an issue as well, though. Any cage should be no longer, or even slightly shorter, than your flaccid size. Ring size (no hinge or anti-pullout ring!) matters as well. Measure again and take this into consideration when getting a metal cage after the above recommendations.
