If i am allocated a CB for the day i fit it with a smaller ring, if i have slept in one then thats fine, rarely even in cold weather do my balls shrink anyway with the cold, as they are locked, tucked away in knickers with either suspenders, stockings or tights depending on my allocation to keep me warm.
For me, my ring is snug enough for year round wearing. Mine usually stays on so it's not a problem. Took time to get the right fit with the one ball smaller thing but we got there. My wife hated when I would slip out!!
I have noticed that i have to wear big enough ring to avoid that skin shrinking pain or multiple layers of underwear to keep everything warm enough.. for me it is always some kind of compromise when it gets cold (ring too large for indoors vs. Some pain when going outside). Problems usually start when temperature drops below -10 degrees celcius.
Have you suggested she allocate you stockings, or pantyhose? As its cold in the UK at the moment i am allocated stockings and are lovely and warm. As she has said suspenders are kinky, stockings are to keep you warm.

Yes that helps little bit! I have difficult anatomy (high and tight sack) for chastity anyway. Im currently trying out cherrykeepers cause there is lot of flexibility with different rings to change ball gap. Think this might be one solution to my problem.
Generally once it goes below freezing here Madam and I for go any type of outside play till it warms up, I find a good pair of thermal long John’s really help!

During the really cold times, Chastity play is rare simply due to the cold, But sometimes its back on if we're going to be intimate that night.
glad to hear others can't deal with the cage in the cold and it's not just me. I guess this would be another advantage of PA- only devices.
