You don't have to use Ice Hot. That uses chemicals that will burn when on your balls, or penis... Or ass... So it will not help. I second the Lidocaine. But in a larger context you need to make sure you're cage is fitted right. If you are getting ball burn all of the time then it's probably base ring is to small. If it's only during night time erections then it's probably the gap is to small. Edit to add. I found the ideal rage positioning for me is. oh sweet Jesus, don't use creams, you have a chastity cage fit problem, if your balls hurt after just a few days something is very wrong, lidocaine will mask it and make it worse. get a cage that fits. Then look up Occam's Razor.
Do you have tight balls? I see to get this when I first started with chastity and it was my balls being caught between the base ring and cage. I used a silicone ball stretcher to good effect to get my balls to loosen up.
