    I knew this was coming. Iv put on afew stone in the last couple of years. My wife wants me to lose weight and become more buff.

    I'm fit physically tho have a gained a belly. Am only 2-3 stone overweight. She said she was more attracted to me when I was slimmer. Closely followed by her saying she's still really attracted me.

    Feel really excited with the extra motivation to shift the weight. My lovely wife also picked up some more weights to go on my bars last night aswell. She loves the muscles and to show them off to her friends. Which is really exciting.

    Has anyone else been asked to lose weight?

    My wife has given me a few digs which I found hurtful. Normally, she's not like that, so yes. I'm also motivated to lose a few pounds, well, maybe a stone at least. Shouldn't have put it on in the first place, I was skinny when younger. I find sexual desire a great motivator. Fruit and water now for snacks. The only thing is, I'm getting this irrational urge for small breasts. The guy part of me doesn't want them but the feminine submissive part of me does. Talk about your split personality.

    My wife just locked me up this morning and said you need to drop 45 lbs. She said don't say word till you drop 15 then we might sew a key. However no guarantee

    I have always been into fitness, however covid was not helpful in the least!

    I am very fit now even at my age and can run 5kms. It's my wife who has actually added a fair amount of weight.

    Plus I lift weights and am working on core strength. At 59yrs old I have out run and out lifted 30 year olds.

    I think I am doing OKAY!

    It’s more effective if you make a plan and she makes sure you stay on plan. If you hit your target of eating right and do your exercise plan, you get the carrot. If not, you get the stick!

    Wow you guys get released when you get to a certain weight? I don't think she'd like to lose that sort of control. Tho tbh I'd beat myself up more over failing than she would. Just trying to get back my normal self.

    I'm about 3 weeks into the diet. Feeling alot better already. Was only over the weekend we had the discussion about me being slimmer and Mr muscles. Not obsessing over weight loss as I'm trying to regain lost muscle strength.

    It's actually really hot knowing I'm having the healthier alternatives and my wife eating normally. Loving that sort of control.

    early on when puck needed to lose a large amount of weight we weighed every morning. if she had the same weight as the day before she got two swats with the cane. if the weight went up she would get two plus one for each tenth of a pound over the previous low weight. days with losses were swat free. for every 10 pound loss got her a full orgasm
    now that she is slim and trim she weighs each day and if she weighs more than the max allowed and she can not bench that weight she gets ten swat with the cane plus two for each tenth of a pound over weight each day until she is in compliance. that happened once. now she stays at least 5 pounds under max allowed.

    A good workout is a great outlet for all that pent up frustration. Also your testosterone will peak after a weak of denial and supercharge your muscle gains.

    @Landyladvein what you has to do is to stop eat a lot and if your wife dont let you eat all the thingys that make yo get fat then its easy and you will go thin again.

    Porridge for breakfast. Light weights as a warm up. Then heavier dumbells for the work out, unless it's a recovery day. Usually abit of fruit around 10-11. Hours walk or bike ride. A light lunch then tea with the wife in the evening. All going very well at the moment.

    No problems wearing the cage at all for any activities. Waking in the night took afew months to get used to tho.

    Chastity and fitness go hand in hand.. i stay naked and chaste for her viewing pleasure.. i keep myself fit. She has no qualms renewing my local gym membership.. one of the little treasures i cherish where i spend my time 2,3 times a week working out where im in touch with a few other men who are similiary home makers too.     4 days locked . My wifes is still devising a plan but in the past 4 days we have been doing 45 minutes of cardio every day and one meal a day basically a 23 hour intermittent fasting. Have lost 7 lbs weighed in this am at 263.5. Wife has been very quiet but stern

    Not healthy that mate, ideally you shouldn't aim to lose any more than 1% of your body weight per week.

    I have been on what Mistress calls a "Corset Diet" for over a year and have lost more than 60 lbs. I have to log everything eaten each day by nutrients and especially carb count. If my daily carb count exceeds 40 grams in a day, I am required to wear a corset the following day for a minimum of 4 hours. Since i have been feminized, the sounds of being corseted was initially quite exciting, but after you wear a longline corset, tightly laced in place by your Mistress for 4 hours, you learn how nice it is to be able to breathe or eat anything. I now know the carb count of all foods and have reconciled myself to keeping the daily count low and avoiding the dreaded corset.

    You are right, shedding some weight not only involved working out.. mostly diet plays a more significant role.
    Based on my bmi, daily movement and regular exercise, i preset my calorie intake to a certain value, approximately 2000 kcal. So i used a calorie calculator to keep track of every calorie intake, from main meals to every little snack in between daily. The maximum intake i limited myself was 1800 kcal. Theorectically, i was on 200 kcal deficit.. equivalent to 22grams of body fat being forced to burn to maintain the body energy usage. Over 1 month or 2, i could see visible results 0.5-1.0 kg of weight loss. Once the body losses weight, the basic calorie requirement for maintenance drops too.. but i retain my calorie intake at 1800 kcal and my weight loss plateaus off too..
    There is a a lot of emphasis on exercising being the main factor to shed weight: ie its healtier, you should not go on diet.. ect, it is mostly because some one is selling you a workout programme, a aerobic class, a gym membership, a set of home gym equipment.. but never emphasise reduction of calorie intake because no one makes money if you decide to eat less. It is way easier to put that glazed doughnut away than to run 5 mile to shed weight.
    Some fitness guru will be throwing kettlebells at me.. but i emphasised.. yes, exercise and reducing food goes hand in hand.

    Haha that's brutal. I've been on a strict diet and exercise regime with a personal trainer since Easter and lost 10kg, so you might get your release by Valentines day 2023.

    I did 15KG in 9 months 10 year ago, but lost in the past 3 weeks about 3KG by excersizing a lot and adding 2 fasting days last week (starting from higher weight too which just gained in the last 6 months also, which make the first KG’s go more fast). She was thinking to adjust it into smaller goals, but after seeing the first results she decided not making it more easy. I still think will take about 6 months minimum yes.

    I have one perk (orgasm) when I get her a new Iphone 14. So hopefully halfway I can throw this one in.
