    While I love how insignificant my little clitty appears when locked in my pink HT Nub, I've decided to treat myself to the "final solution" provided by stainless steel.

    At present, I'm still measuring and measuring again in hope of getting it right the first time, but I anticipate ordering Mature Metal's Jail Bird by the end of the week.

    If anyone has any advice on the Jail Bird - especially on gap dimensions - I'd be most appreciative!

    As for dimensions:

    I wish I could say otherwise, but this is a nearly impossible task. There are SOOOOO many more dimensions and dynamic interactions that you can't really do it with a tape measure. The diameter of the metal pieces, the weight, the position, etc.

    Perhaps try some lower cost options to experiment with?

    I appreciate what you're saying, and I'll certainly consider it. But I've been the exclusive property of my wife now for nearly 46 years, the better part of the last 30 having been spent subject to her locks and keys. When measured against what the heart wants, cost is of little concern...

    You make a good point. At some point one has to simply bite the bullet and move forward. My advice then, is to follow the website's advice closely. And as for the cage, err on the smaller size.

    Thank you. My intention is to go small, but I'm waffling on the gap size. I guess I could go small there, also, with the understanding that I can always have it adjusted.

    Yes I did, Lazlo, and just reading those words - "we'd love you locked in steel!" - alone would have been enough to tip the scale if I hadn't already pulled that trigger.

    Since inquiring minds seem to want to know, I ordered a Jail Bird with inverted bars and security screw, 1.25" long with a 1.375" i.d. and a .25" gap. Now let the countdown begin...

    That is wonderful news!

    May I make a suggestion while you wait? Continue to "try" various devices that you may already own. You'll want your body to stay used to chastity as best you can. This way, when the magic day arrives and you'll want to wear that new gem ALL the time, you'll be more prepared to do so.

    Exactly so! My bits ceased to function sexually years ago but my body has become physically addicted to chastity's "feel." When left unlocked for any significant period of time, I soon become anxious to again be secured. Stainless steel's weight and permanence, however, will be a new experience for me!
