I want my sub circumcised

Why?
This is cruelty.
Medically proven. Foreskin is the ending of countless nerves?
Actually, you have more leverage on a sub with more sexual desire than less?
And perpetuated by some religion(s) for centuries.
My view is that female domination promotes the world to become better by favoring women’s long-term intelligence and empathy vs traditional patriarchal values?..

i think have all that skin tooked off is better cos it easy to keep clean when its gone.

 

I'm locked alot and have to say it does cause hygiene issues, it's always the bit the gets sore if anything does and it would be easier to use the toilet without it. I would like a P/A too but worry the extra skin and the peircing may get in each others way. Sexy thinking about it, but don't think it's so easy to get things like that done in the UK. It's great your planing for him.

 

If I ever find myself in a long term relationship and my SO is into chastity as much as I am, then I can see me getting cut + PA at some point. It must be the ultimate thrill. PA devices are the most secure around, and they work so much better if the user is cut.

My only worry would be the complications that could arise from a poorly healed surgery, but I suppose there is always going to be some risk no matter what.

I had PK pierced with a PA in March 2021. I contemplated my decision for way to long and wished I had it done it much sooner. When the circumcision is nearly healed, I would suggest you start planning the PA procedure. There will be a lengthy healing and stretching time involved that may delay your ultimate goal. However, in my opinion, it will be so much worth the wait.

I cannot say anything about the process of circumcision, because mine was done the day I was born. I suppose that it could be tighter, but I am locked 24/7 so it does not really matter.

I have had a PA for over 9 years now, so I can speak about that. I highly suggest it. Just make sure that you have it done 3/4 to 7/8 inches back from the tip, and stretch it up to at least 4 gauge. Mine is now 2 gauge (larger), and it makes a big difference. If you want yourself or someone else locked without cheating or an easy escape, definitely go for it.

Note that stretching the PA does take some time, but it is really necessary. Make sure to wait 8 - 12 weeks after the initial piercing until you begin the stretch. Warm saline soaks twice a day during the initial healing, and for a few weeks after each stretch. It took me about 9 months to go from the initial piercing to arrive at 2 gauge.

I was pierced at 10 gauge, and immediately stretched to 8 gauge. Then after the initial healing, I went to 6, then 4, and finally 2 gauge, each 8 to 10 weeks apart. Just be sure not to rush it.

 

Healing a PA requires some care with good hygiene for an good outcome. I would suggest getting the circumcision out of the way first. Once that is healed, then you can focus on the initial piercing and stretching the piercing without the foreskin being in the way.

I'm a medical scientist by trade, and allthough not a clinician I would be confident in saying that it would be far, far better to get the circumcision done first. Let it heal. Ensure there are no issues or penile tissue adhesions (which can happen with healing tissue).

Once your sub has been healed for a good length of time (6 months, I would say), then you'd be far better placed to get the PA done.

From what I hear, it's wise to also go slowly, and be patient with a PA to avoid migration, and to make sure that when you order a custom device it fits perfectly. My dream device if I was pierced is from Rigid Chastity. The Half Shell, I think they call it.

 

That is what I would recommend. I have to believe that the healing for the circumcision will require some more time than for the piercing, and be advised that the initial piercing will bleed more than a bit for about 2 days, so it is best to do that over a weekend, preferably a long weekend.

My piercer wrapped the whole area in gauze, and then placed a sterile exam glove over the package with a rubber band to hold it on. There was considerable blood on the way home, and for the next 2 days. And, don't forget to soak it in warm sea salt solution with no additives. That will promote healing, and it also soothes any tenderness.
