Circumcision is a wise and preventative approach for sure! Keeping that area clean is imperative and I know a few personal friends that just NEVER kept it clean and actually had some bacteria growth. EWW!

I have a high pain threshold, so I am not a barometer, but I had a PA done and a few tattoos and no issue in the least. Tylenol or Tylenol with Codine and VOILA!

I have been circumcised my whole life yes easier to keep clean. Know someone whose foreskin would not retract all the way for sex with his wife end up have a circumcising done. So yes i agree as far as cleaning is concerned

 

I think its so hot that you want to keep him caged permanently!! I wish more women would do this to their husbands/boyfriends/subs lol.

I am a great believer in circumcision for male subs especially when the Mistress wants it done. I was first circumcised in my 40's and since then have had 2 revisions to tighten things up, I now have a low and tight cut which I wish I had had initially. My last revision was because my new partner insists on tight circumcision and took the view that mine was not tight enough.

The stretching of the PA will take time but there is no reason why a PA ring can not be worn with a ball trap device while it is healing and being stretched.

I am 55 and going to get snipped on march 3rd. They offer 2 methods. Traditional which is about 3 hours with recovery or the Shang ring method with no stitches. My wife opted for the Shang ring. It takes less than 30 minutes. They recommended a couple days off to be sure not to bump it and get used to it. The ring stays on for 10 days then is removed. It still takes a little while to fully heal and the skin to build up some thickness. She isn't worried about me playing with her property while the ring is on because it should be very tender. But she is concerned about after the the ring comes off and I am fully healing before my cage goes back on. It costs $1150.00. Our insurance wouldn't cover all of it. She really likes the Evotion Orion stainless. She likes that she can remove the front part to clean and inspect without removing the entire cage.

 

my one was done when i was a baby and i have not got any skin there at all and when it use to be able to go hard it hurt a little bit but it make being lock in a cage easy and now cos i dont go hard no more its better for me. i have read on here tho that have it done when you older it dose hurt.
