I’ve been posting and listening in the Mansion now for 8 months or so and wanted to just provide some thoughts on what I get out of it and why I’m here. I am a happily married woman with a husband in chastity on the honour system with occasional re enforcement with either a CB6000 or an Erosteel. I wouldn’t say I’m a traditional Domme, nor he a typical sub male, we’re just “us” muddling through and seeing what works for our relationship. It was hub who first found the site and he got a lot of excellent, very practical advice from guys on here who had been through what he was going through. No one judged him for what he was trying to do and it set his expectations both physically and emotionally for the journey he was about to undertake. At this stage, we were really only using the device for play. I myself came to the Mansion a bit later when hub bought a CB6000 and decided that he would like to be locked 24 7. I had seen the value he had got out of the site and I needed to get my head round a lot of novel stuff so I started to read the threads, post questions and then write a blog that helped me marshall my thoughts and get some clarity. Some advice I quickly discarded, some I took with a pinch of salt and some really helped both of us. I have found the site invaluable and though I feel I’m now in a position that – as far as a female can – I have some understanding of the male needs in chastity and what hub needs from me, I have stayed on and continued to contribute so as to put something back. Where appropriate, I try to help others with their journey by giving them what is just my view and experience and they can take from that what they will. Some of the interests on here are not mine, some of the points of view range from ill informed, to flaky to downright hilarious but the community thrives because it is open and, most of the time, not very judgemental so it feels safe to people who may be feeling fragile, misunderstood or just isolated. I think that’s a precious and rare thing in a busy, cold and largely disinterested world. Long may it continue.
Hardly an introduction, but given the fixed choices we have here, and your intended audience to reach newcomers primarily, it's probably the best choice.

Of course we won't all agree with each other, but we are lucky enough to have adults who can debate without the need to resort to abuse. And if it happens, it doesn't happen for long! Dorc noone has deleted any of your posts that I am aware of. I think the best way to describe the site, is moderated. We have a great team who look out for people who are posting just to cause arguments, or sometimes even posting illegal things. If you don't have people doing this then the site becomes over run with crap. If you have an opinion then that's fine we won't stop people speaking their mind, but when it goes too far then we step in to stop it.
I have hopefully cleared this up in the thread you are talking about dorcsssc. It is still there, but it is "unapproved" so only Admin/Mods can see it... all is explained in that post for you, hopefully you can now understand what happened.
Well said, Celtic Queen. You and all the keyholders & dommes that post on this site are what makes it so great. As someone who has had the privledge of receiving advice / commentary / and maybe even a little scolding from some of the women here, I can definetly say thank you to Celtic Queen, and we can never thank the admin, and his lovely Mistress enough.
I have only been with this site a short time and in that time I have found great advice with the sense of carring. There is a great sense of comunity here with many different ideas and opinions that seem very open and non-sarcastic. Logging onto the site every day gives me a sense of belonging to an important community.
I agree everything thats been said on here. As a new comer into this ''lifestyle'' /''world'' the help and support given by other members is great! If it hadn't been for older posts and kind members chatting openly about there personal thoughts and feelings, i fear i, like many others, would have felt rather lonely and a touch out of place! I too am new to all this, but so far I have been locked up 24/7, been told to wear panties to work from now on , been unlocked twice and teased but denied any kind of release for my troubles, and I now live my life in a constant state of arousal!
