I'm going to just throw this out there and see if someone runs with it. I don't think I've ever seen the idea before. Maybe it's not practical.... But I wonder about the feasibility of an anti pullout system based on finger trap toys, but obviously made from a different material and mounted within a cage. Any thoughts? Maybe asking for edema problems?
i guess i am one of the lucky ones. After reducing my ring size to 45mm and having only a 50mm tube i can't pull out. Not that i try, but occasionly when starting i used to fall out of my CB6000 with a 50mm ring. Also when i wear my nub there is no way i am getting out.
My wife has no desire for me to get pierced. Our solution is not to prevent pulling out, but to prevent being able to get back in un-noticed. A small rubber band around my penis is secured to the bars of my jailbird by a ribbon which she writes on. If I were to escape, I couldn't get everything back in place. It makes things more real, and she likes knowing it's not coming out til she wants it.
I don't have a finger trap. Also, I'm thicker than a finger, so I suspect it would have to be a different diameter for it to work. The engineering problem is how to mount it to the inside of the cage without adding a ton of bulk or pinch points. It would probably have to be adjustable.... This is a problem for someone who has a bit more mechanical engineering savy than myself.

I think the finger trap idea will have serious challenges for long-term wear. They need to be grippy so that as you pull back, they lengthen and tighten, but that initial grip is going to cause irritation and probably be impossible to keep clean. If you can get soap and water between the trap and your penis, you will be able to slip out without it constricting.

What might work is something more like a sock, with a close knit that is flexible, breathable but totally enclosed. If there was a ring or strap around the base/testicles, then that could provide a self-tightening anchor to stretch the tube from. Secure around the base, pull the tube to constrict it, and tie / lock off the end to a belt at front or rear. You'd need a material that is skin friendly like any clothing material, jeans material or leather might be a good choice, you'd just have to be very careful about sizing it to be firm and constrictive without either being too tight or having holes that cause pinch points.
